For Airbnb and Vrbo hosts
A one-page fix list for your listing.
Order, paste your listing link at checkout, and in 2 business days you get a PDF with a better title, a clearer description, a stronger photo order, and the small mistakes to fix. You make the changes yourself. No calls, no login.
$49 for the first 10 orders, then $99. If you don't get at least 3 changes worth making, you get your money back.
Before and after: one real listing
A guesthouse in Austin. To keep the host private, the "before" text is paraphrased, names and places are swapped for labels, and the photos are blurred. The problems and fixes are from the real makeover.
The title
Name-A Unique Home Close To Landmark
Close to the 50-character limit. Every word capitalized, a hyphen jammed between words, and the name takes up a third of it.
Theme art guesthouse, walk to Landmark
Under 50 characters, sentence case. Leads with the art guests rave about, and "walk to" says more than "close to."
The first lines of the description
"Under a mile from Park, close to all the fun stuff in town... SEE BELOW.
WE WANT YOU HAPPY, SO MAKE SURE YOU'VE READ EVERY WORD BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK..."
An all-caps warning comes before anything good. A long legal note shows up more than once.
"Sleep inside a work of art. Your own private studio sits behind the host's house, through a garden full of hand-made art, a few blocks from a big city park."
The good stuff first. The honest details (small shower, no kitchen, floor futons) move to a short "Good to know" at the end instead of being shouted at the top.
The first 5 photos
1Main room
2Loft ladder
3View from the loft
4Sleeping area
5Bathroom
All indoors. The two outdoor-art photos guests remember sit near the end.
1was #1Main room
2near endThe garden
3was #3View from the loft
4near endGarden entry
5moved upOutdoor seating
Same photos, new order. The art outside moves up, and a near-duplicate bathroom shot drops out.
It also caught
- Fill-in-the-blank template text still live on the page
- A room count in the details that the description contradicts
- A photo of an amenity guests can't use
- No photo of a space the description warns about
We're new, so this sample is the proof, not testimonials. We don't claim it changed anyone's bookings.

FAQ
Who is this for?
Airbnb and Vrbo hosts, and hosts with their own booking site, who already have a listing up and want a second set of eyes on it. It's not a management service and not a photo shoot.
What do I need to send?
Just your listing link, which checkout asks for. No login, no call, no questionnaire. If you already know something's off, reply to your receipt email and tell us.
How fast do I get it?
Within 2 business days of paying, as a one-page PDF by email.
What's in it?
A new title with two alternates, a rewritten description, a recommended photo order, what to cut or retake, missing shots, and 3 quick wins you can do yourself. Plus a caption fix list, one seasonal title, and a second look within 30 days.
Why is it $49?
It's our founding price for the first 10 orders while we're new. After that it's $99.
Will this get me more bookings?
We can't promise that, and we don't. Price, dates, location and reviews matter a lot. What you get is a specific list of changes so guests see your best photos first and your listing reads clearly.
Do you change my listing for me?
No. We never log in to your account. You make the changes, and the quick wins take under 30 minutes each.
How do I pay?
Click Order and pay by card through Stripe. Checkout asks for your listing link, so there's nothing else to send. Want to check we can help first? Email [email protected] with the link and we'll reply.
What's the guarantee?
If the makeover doesn't give you at least 3 changes you think are worth making, email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund what you paid, or redo it free if you'd rather.
Do you use AI?
Yes, software tools including AI help us read your listing and reviews. Every makeover is checked against your real listing before it goes out, and nothing in it is made up.
